This skein was grown by Stevie and Gold Dust Woman, two of our purebred natural colored Romney ewes. Their wool has a tight crimp for Romney and the yarn has lots of bounce and stitch definition.
Romney wool is known for it's beautiful, soft crimp combined with the luster and strength of longwools. Soft enough for next-to-skin yet sturdy enough for almost anything!
3-ply bulky weight yarn. 4 oz skein is about 130 yards.

Farming with heart
