This skein was grown by Flo, our gorgeous moorit (brown) gal. This is her lamb wool so the color is a rich brown and it is next-to-skin soft!
Flo is a Corriedale/Romney/Romeldale cross bred sheep.
Romney and Corriedale wool is known for it's beautiful, soft crimp combined with the luster and strength of longwools. Soft enough for next-to-skin yet sturdy enough for almost anything!
3-ply worsted weight yarn. 4 oz skein is about 160 yards.

Farming with heart
For Ben and I, farming is always about learning and trying to do our best. Just as often as we get things right, we mess things up, so to say we have a perfect system for growing herbs wouldn't be true. What we do is put lots of care and heart into growing the herbs for you.
