Deeply soothing with a mild oat flavor — milky oats are oat tops harvested when they are unripe and their "milky" latex exudes from the seed. Milky oat tops are a helpful herb to smoothe out frazzled nerve endings, restore flexibility to your nerves, and build a calm strength within. Our oats are harvestesd and processed on our herb farm without the presence of wheat or added gluten.
